December 6, 2023 - What am I Working On? London & Paris

Check out this amazing trip I'm in the midst of planning for a family of 5!

London & Paris - 9 days

This family was referred to me by another lovely client (thank you for referrals!) and they wanted to spend their kids' Spring Break in London & Paris. As they wanted to ensure they made the most of their time there, they opted for private tours for many of their activities.

Itinerary

Day 1 - London Sightseeing

When they arrive, they'll work to beat jet lag by checking out London on a Hop On Hop Off bus, before having a nice dinner and getting to bed so they can enjoy their next few days of vacation!

Day 2 - English Premier League Game

Today they'll be heading to an English Premier League game to cheer on the hometown team and experience the thrill of watching it live.

Day 3 - Harry Potter Filming Locations

A couple of the kids are big Harry Potter fans, so they've got a couple great days full of wizarding magic. Today they will enjoy seeing the places around London that were used in the movies (like Leavenhall Market, the inspiration for Diagon Alley)!

Day 4 - Changing of the Guard

Today is another day of seeing the quintessential London sites - the changing of the guard, London Eye, and, of course, the Tower of London.

Day 5 - Harry Potter Studios Tour

Another day to experience unique Harry Potter fun - this time they will travel to the studios to tour the Harry Potter sets and see where the magic was made - and filmed!

Day 6 - London to Paris & the Eiffel Tower

They're moving on to Paris now, via the Chunnel, and tonight they'll get to tour the Eiffel Tower and see the spectacular vision of it at night!

Day 7 - Louvre Tour & Macaron Class

A private tour of the Louvre is a great idea, as you can easily spend days admiring the art in the vast museum. They'll get a half day experience there before enjoying a macaron making class in the afternoon.

Day 8 - Paris Catacombs

Today they've only got one official thing on the agenda, and that is going underground to see the famous catacombs. The rest of the day is open for them to explore, get a coffee at a cafe, and just enjoy the city.

Day 9 - Versailles

Today they will be transported back in time to an era of decadence as they tour the palace of Versailles.
