Las Vegas, Nevada - 2018

Sin City, where what happens there stays there, is often sought out for the exorbitant number of casinos and gambling available, or for its cost effective, unique wedding locale. It has so much more to offer than that though! With one of the largest convention centers in the world, Vegas might have the allure of attending one of the many expos and conventions held here, such as the G2E (Global Gaming Expo), the DEMA (Diving Equipment and Marketing Association) show, or the NABshow (National Association of Broadcasters), which I had the pleasure of attending this year. Las Vegas also has so many shows and entertainers on hand, and is within a quick drive of the Hoover Dam and a longer drive of the Grand Canyon. There's no end to the things you can see and do in Las Vegas!

The World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn shop, made famous by the show Pawn Stars. You likely won't see any of the cast members, but you will be able to browse and buy if they aren't filming an episode.

The Hoover Dam, a quick 45 minute drive away from the heart of the strip, gives an opportunity to visitors to learn more about the Great Depression and the efforts made to create jobs for Americans in that period.

The Las Vegas convention center spans 73 acres and 1,940,631 sq ft of exhibit space. The portion depicted in this picture is only a subset of the whole building.

One of the wedding chapels that can be found just off the strip, the Chapel of the Bells was made famous in the hit movie "The Hangover."

Both inside and outside the Venetian hotel it feels like you are in Venice, Italy. Inside, the ceiling changes to reflect different times of day.
