When retired, it’s a great idea to travel! This couple loves to travel and typically goes on one international trip per year or so. This year, they decided on sticking a little closer to home and heading to the Southwest United States.

They started their trip in Las Vegas, but stayed there as a means to an end: getting to the canyonlands. From Las Vegas, they drove to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, enjoying a cowboy buffet dinner at the end of the night.

The next day, they continued on their journey through Bryce Canyon Park before heading to Moab where they stayed the next couple nights. Here they explored Arches National Park & Dead Horse Point State Park one day, and Monument Valley before heading to the Grand Canyon.

They took 2 days to visit the Grand Canyon, enjoying the views and even participating in a helicopter ride. They finished their trip by driving back to Las Vegas to head home.
