Mazatlan - 2024

Mazatlan is a great spot in Mexico that few know about!

I have clients who go to Mazatlan each year - they have gotten to know people and vendors down there and enjoy the more tight knit feel of the town compared to Cancun. Most places are easily walkable, it’s lesser known and thus less busy, and has some great flights from Minneapolis (Delta just started a seasonal nonstop route!).

If you enjoy an all-inclusive resort but also like to step off resort easily, consider taking a trip to Mazatlan. There are also plenty of European Plan resorts (meaning you might get breakfast included but nothing else) if you’d prefer to frequent the many delicious restaurants there are.
